bowen is great. I really like light axis healing to heal my muscles.
@IH8WRONGPPL It is. It really works. But you have to go through Bowen Practitioners of North America to avoid scams.
would like to give her my Boner therapy to her for free
@zobi5 that’s f*ckin amazing!
RETARDS WITH RAYGUNS is a horror doo wop band subscribe
this technique is good. it works. I do Light Axis Healing and sometimes reiki . It works well for me
Bowen College (where Dr. Rootes received her Bowen Training) highly recommends her to those seeking a qualified naturopathic physician and skilled Bowen Therapist in British Columbia. If you are interested in becoming a certified Bowen Therapist OR to find treatment for migraine headaches, low back problems, arthritis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, sciatic pain, asthma visit Bowen College
@babybunnies One treatment is hardly enough to get any changes going. Furthermore, some patients are so delicate that they get a lot of extra pain for a few days after the treatment if the body responds strongly. Those with FM and MS are particularly prone to strong reaction. Perhaps your therapist did a small amount of light work on you to prevent you running to your doctor saying ‘Doctor, doctor, I’ve had Bowen technique and it’s nearly killed me!’, which happens sometimes.
@babybunnies I don’t know any Bowen therapist who is so busy as to do multiple clients at once. You have not appreciated the point that one of the principles is that we do not keep on bashing away at the body: We make some moves by disturbing the fascia (bundle of supporting tissue that holds the body in place) then get out of the way for the body to respond. For that reason, treatments are about a week apart, not every few days. We do not force healing on the body, we invite it to change.
I had few sessions of Bowen for a serious neurological problem. I was at the point that i couldn’t walk more than 2-300 yards. After the first session I was able to walk 600 yards and at the end of about 6 sessions I was at 1700 yards. The sessions did not clear the main condition, but I didn’t expect that anyway. For my main condition I started a classical treatment that proves to be very good so far, after 1 year. Bowtech effects lasted until I started the classical treatment.
Also understand people, there are many morons that make it through medical school.
I have never heard so much BS in all my life. Just check some of the user comments profiles and see for yourself they are fake or in the pseudoscience fake health industries. These people are nothing but criminals.

When i watched the massage,i actualy felt that im having a massage…strange,but cool.
I need some of that.
@4machanhill I can see you are in the UK. In Canada, certified Message Therapist is a FULL TIME 3 year program if not 4 years plus the prerequistes to get into the program. Bowen therapist is not a North Americanized recognized treatment, and certainly not covered by Canadian health care plan. Unfortunately, until it is, I do not see the benefitsof it nor worth the cost of the treatment. People should not have to pay the expense of $ 75 for a 30 minute treatment when it cost more than message!
@babybunnies I agree you do get more hands on time with massage. This however doesn’t mean that the results will be better. Bowen promotes self healing, it is the body that does the work, there is a specific reason breaks are needed in treatment. Credentials are no higher, for massage, I’m sorry but that is nonsense. i.e. cost, you may feel you get more for your money with massage but sessions mount up, you should only need a few bowen sessions. It doesn’t work for everyone like all therapies.
@4machanhill just because one person may be a naturopath, you dont need to be one in order to practice bowen therapy!! With the amount of time that is spent on a client with the actual HANDS ON treatment, you get more for going to a message therapist than you do going for bowen treatment. Bowen therapist make good money when they have 4 clients at one time compared to a message therapist who works on just you! Credientials are higher for being a message therapist than a bowen therapist
@babybunnies why do you think massage therapists have more training and education? This is quite a statement considering the therapist here is a doctor. I myself am a bowen therapist and I had to study a VTCT in anatomy & physiology before I was allowed to study Bowen at a private college. Massage you can learn at any college and don’t need a VCTC in anatomy and physiology to do this. Something you may consider before making sweeping statements about something you clearly know nothing about.
