			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Injuries are a part of daily life for sportsmen and other heavy workers. But when it became a regular problem in the life of people doing exercises, they have gained proper attention. There are simple steps that can be taken care of to avoid these injuries.</p>
<p>Try warming up your body regularly before starting exercises. This can be a simpler version of the exercise you are going to do. Never increase the intensity of doing the exercise at a faster pace than ten percent. Progressive improvement is what that is recommended. If you are feeling that your body is getting tired, never continue with it. Take a short break from doing exercise. Resume only after you get proper energy. Never do exercise in a wrong way, rather practice proper methods of exercise. Practice stretching to make your body more flexible.</p>

<p>In order to save yourself the ordeal, you need to look into remedies available at home and at hand easily to help you to identify a solution to the problem, one that can be applied daily.  Rub the elbows with lime, or take the juice of 1 lime, add salt and rub the elbows. Wash and moisturize. Another remedy is to mix honey, lime juice and olive oil in a bowl. Apply on the elbows. Leave on for 15 minutes. Wash and moisturize. If the skin is very dry, replace olive oil with shea butter.</p>
